DR. Beverly Carnes-Lowe

In 2001, God inspired Dr. Beverly to launch “Leading Ladies: A Woman’s Journey to Divine Purpose and Destiny.”This ministry mentors women from all walks of life, helping them identify and fulfill their God-given gifts, talents, and spiritual callings while learning to lead others as they follow Christ.

Over 20 years ago, Dr. Beverly founded Healing Waters Counseling Services, a holistic ministry dedicated to restoring emotional, psychological, and spiritual health. Through Bible-based counseling, support groups, and transformative conferences, she leads individuals toward complete healing and renewal in Christ.

In 2004, Dr. Beverly established Healing Waters Biblical Institute & Seminary, a fully accredited, evangelical Christian college designed to make theological education affordable and accessible. As President and Professor, she continues to equip believers to serve God’s people through the power of His Word.

• B.A. in Psychology – Roosevelt University, Chicago

A true agent of healing, Dr. Beverly ministers with grace and authority to those in need of restoration.
